You are very capable of learning all of the super-effective techniques we teach.
Our Programs are for Men, Women and Teens. If you have young children we have a different program available for them. As you can imagine, the information needed by young children is very different to that required by adults so we keep the courses separate.
Learn Practical and Simple Self Defence Techniques - Our classes offer a combination of stretching, conditioning and effective techniques that will increase confidence, reduce stress, boost energy, fitness, health and teach you a very practical system of Self Protection. Our System will improve both body and mind, empower you with a life-saving skill, it’s exciting, fascinating and great fun. All of our techniques involve Gross Motor Skills - Basic Body Movements which can be carried out by virtually anyone.

Our techniques are Not Complex or Fancy - they can be learned in just a few minutes, in fact, courses are intended for everyday people like you and I.
Self Defence must be simple to be effective under pressure.
You are already capable of performing the techniques but just haven’t been shown how yet. It does not matter whether you have any previous experience or not, come join us and learn a life saving skill
No foreign terminology, no traditional rituals or formalities, just Self-Defence with a minimal commitment. We realize that people have lives to live too so we don’t expect you to come several times per week, every week. Just come when you want to learn some new skills or brush up on some old ones. Self Defence is not just about learning a few techniques; it’s about the many things we do on a daily basis to make our lives safer.
Our Awareness can be Considerably Increased - with a little research and reading on relevant topics. The very fact that you are reading this indicates that you are aware that defending yourself could be a necessity for you one day, which straight away helps you over the first hurdle.
